We are excited to be partnering with Gwen’s Garden, part of St. Phillips School & Community Center, to host the first community event at Gwen’s Garden. This event will help support the continuing work of the garden as a safe place of outdoor learning and allow neighbors from across the city to cultivate, fellowship, network, and distribute produce to those with the highest need in the community, honoring the legacy of Dr. Gwendolyn Barjon.

What to expect:
- On this volunteer day we are planning to cultivate more planting space, harvest, transplant and distribute fresh produce. Please wear comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting dirty and prepare yourself to be out in the heat.
